Paul Isolda
Paul Isolda has over 30 years of experience in the field of Real Estate. He started in the mortgage lending area as a loan underwriter and transitioned to being a Real Estate Appraiser in 1988. He started teaching Real Estate Appraisal in 1997 with the Appraisal and Real Estate School in Stamford. He currently works as a Real Estate Appraiser and Real Estate Instructor. Paul is also a consultant on various real estate projects and is an expert witness in Connecticut Superior Court. Paul Isolda grew up in Greenwich, graduated from Greenwich High School and attended Western Connecticut State University. He later moved to Stamford, Connecticut where he currently resides with his wife and sons. Paul brings a unique set of skills to the Beth Anrig Real Estate Team. He is an expert in all aspects of Real Estate and he knows the Fairfield County market well, particularly high-end residential properties in lower Fairfield County. He believes in educating clients in all aspects of the purchasing or selling of residential and investment properties. Paul has been part of the Beth Anrig Realty team from its inception in 2001.
